Refund Policy

At PetsCareLab, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important Note on Healthcare Products & Supplements: Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations regarding animal welfare, we cannot accept returns on any pet supplements or healthcare items if the safety seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened, unless the item arrived damaged.

2. Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at service@petscarelab.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, unless the item arrived broken or defective.

3. Purchases via Affiliate Links

If your purchase was made through an affiliate link (including third-party promoter links, review sites, or partner affiliate networks), please note that the return and refund process must be initiated and processed directly through the corresponding affiliate platform or network from which the purchase originated.

PetsCareLab cannot directly reverse or refund transactions handled under external affiliate contract rules on our own backend. Please log into the respective affiliate marketplace or contact the promotional partner you purchased through to review their specific refund instructions and submit your claim.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for PayPal and your banking institution to process and post the refund back to your account.
